Profica Partner Terms

1. Eligibility

The program is for people and companies with a real audience or clientele in careers, hiring, or freelancing. We review each application. One account per person or entity. Approval is not automatic.

2. Commission

The standard rate is 30% of net referred purchases, excluding taxes and refunds. Credit packs and subscription checkouts both count. A later renewal payment is not a promised commission until Profica confirms that behavior with Lemon Squeezy. After 10 referred paying customers, Profica may raise your rate to 40%. Tracking lasts 60 days, and the last affiliate link wins. Lemon Squeezy holds commission for 30 days. It pays by its own schedule and methods, with a $10 minimum. A refund voids the related commission.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Referring yourself, or purchases made with your own payment method.
• Bidding on “Profica” or confusingly similar brand terms in paid search.
• Posting leaked coupons or codes on deal sites.
• Unsolicited bulk email or direct messages.
• Misleading claims, including a guaranteed job, a guaranteed interview, or fabricated results.
• Cookie stuffing or any other forced attribution.
• Incentivized clicks that are not a genuine recommendation.

4. Content

Disclose the commission relationship in the way your audience and local advertising rules require, such as “#ad” or “I earn a commission.” Do not impersonate Profica. Use the logos and copy in the marketing kit, and do not alter the logo.

5. Ending participation

Either side may end participation at any time. Fraud voids unpaid commissions. Profica may change these terms with 14 days' notice on this page. Continued participation after that notice means you accept the change.

6. Relationship

You are an independent promoter. You are not an employee, agent, or partner of Profica in the legal sense. You handle your own taxes. Lemon Squeezy collects W-9 or W-8 forms when it pays you.
